We want our customers to get the most out of their space and their budget. That's why we have provided free professional design services from the first day we opened.

Packaging & Shipping

Flat Packing: 
each panel will be scanned before packing and can be tracked by the system.

Assembled Packing: 
Once the carcass, hinges, and doors are assembled properly, they will be packed with foam, film, a corner protector, and paper to provide good protection.

Shipping:
both bulk shipping and container shipping are available.

Bulk Shipping: all the products are put in wood cases, so they won't be missed when shipped and separated.
Container Shipping: all the products will be loaded properly and shipped.

Q1:. How do you control the quality? 
A1:Quality is the top priority. Our QC will check everything from raw materials, production processes, and packaging according to the order, and send photos and video records to customers for confirmation in real time to ensure that there are no problems before they are shipped.
 
Q2:How to purchase a wardrobes?
A2:1. Client provide a architecture house floor pan or hand drawn a wardrobes layout and your idea to us.
2. We provide a free CAD design and a precise quotation for you.
3. Detail discussion and negotiation.
4. A final confirmed shop drawing and PI will be send to you to make deposit.
5. Production will be arranged if we received your deposit.
6. Inspection picture will be send to you when production finished. Shipment will be arrange after you paid the balance.
7. You received goods and install it.
 
Q3:How to install the wardrobes?
A3:Each unit have been packed in box and be well lable indicated. So you it is easy to put the unit cabinet to correct location. A paper installation guide will be provided also. 
 
Q4:You make customized cabinet or standard cabinet?
A4:We accept both customized cabinet or standard cabinet.
